Terms & Conditions

All prices quoted are the prices you pay, VAT or artists royalty will not be charged as extras. Delivery charges are not included and will be charged separately as appropriate. Quotations will be given for overseas deliveries.

Payment may be made by credit card, cheque, bankers draft, bank transfer or cash. Works will only be released after funds have cleared.

Retention of Title

Title of all works purchased from Clark Art Ltd shall not pass to the buyer until the invoiced amount has been paid in full.

Website Images

Due to photographic variations, Clark Art Ltd cannot guarantee that images of works displayed on this website are a true representation of those works. Customers are advised to view all works prior to purchase either at our Hale gallery or at 14, Old Bond St in London by appointment or at client’s homes by arrangement.
